Rest at a grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick to place up to two Crystal Tears in the flask. One drink activates both selected effects.

The flask has one charge, restored when you rest. Mixing and drinking do not destroy the Crystal Tears, so you can change the combination at another grace.

Each tear keeps its own conditions and duration. Combining a short effect with a long one does not extend the shorter effect to match.

In-game description

You can find crystal tears at the bases of Minor Erdtrees and elsewhere throughout the Lands Between.

At sites of grace, you can mix two crystal tears in the Flask of Wondrous Physick.

This will allow you to create elixirs with various custom effects.

Starting Site of Grace: Third Church of Marika

  1. Follow eastern Limgrave's road north from Mistwood toward the Third Church of Marika.
  2. Enter the ruined church and take the flask from the stone basin. Its tutorial appears with the pickup.

Notes

  • Rest at a grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick to place up to two Crystal Tears in the flask. One drink activates both selected effects.
  • The flask has one charge, restored when you rest. Mixing and drinking do not destroy the Crystal Tears, so you can change the combination at another grace.
  • Each tear keeps its own conditions and duration. Combining a short effect with a long one does not extend the shorter effect to match.
  • Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears upgrade the Crimson and Cerulean flasks. They do not add more Physick charges or raise every tear's strength.
  • The church's Sacred Tear is a separate pickup at its statue. The Physick and Crimson Crystal Tear are in the stone basin.
