Ride along southwestern Liurnia's lower swamp to the slope beneath the high cliff. The village is under the plateau, not on top of it.
Climb into the village and activate Village of the Albinaurics.
Defeat the crawling, first-generation Albinaurics near the grace and check their drops.
Rest at the grace to respawn them and repeat.
