Anastasia invades in three regions with a large butcher’s blade. Each location has its own reward, so her first defeat does not finish every encounter.

Locations and access

Church at the Limgrave border

Caelid · Smoldering Church

Starting Site of Grace: Smoldering Church

Follow the northeastern Limgrave road past Summonwater Village toward Caelid.
Approach Smoldering Church just beyond the border, where the ground turns red.
Anastasia invades near the church. Defeat her to receive Sacred Scorpion Charm.
Her later invasions in other regions give different rewards. This one is the Limgrave-Caelid border encounter.

Lower road past the burning camp

Mt. Gelmir · Corpse-Stench Shack

Starting Site of Grace: Bridge of Iniquity

From Bridge of Iniquity, follow the lower road farther into Mt. Gelmir toward the burning camp and Corpse-Stench Shack. Stay on this road past the Abductor Virgins; you do not need to climb the long mountain ladder.
Approach the shack to trigger Anastasia, Tarnished-Eater's invasion. Defeat her to receive the Sacred Butchering Knife.
Sacred is the affinity already applied to the weapon when it drops. The underlying weapon is Butchering Knife, and its compatible Ash of War and affinity can be changed.

River southwest of Ordina

Consecrated Snowfield · Frozen river

Starting Site of Grace: Inner Consecrated Snowfield

Reach the snowfield using both Haligtree Secret Medallion halves at the Grand Lift of Rold. From Inner Consecrated Snowfield, head north to the frozen river southwest of Ordina.
Move along the river to trigger Anastasia’s invasion and defeat her. Clear nearby hazards before committing to her long cleaver combinations.

Quest steps

Quest steps can include different outcomes. Read the branch, conditions and cutoffs before making a choice.

Three separate invasions
Branch: Main quest
Visit the church, the shack and the frozen river for the three encounters. Rewards belong to their specific locations.

Rewards and conditions

Reward or service	Condition	Details
Sacred Scorpion Charm	Defeat her at Smoldering Church.	The talisman boosts holy damage while reducing physical damage negation.
Butchering Knife	Defeat her at Corpse-Stench Shack.	It drops with Sacred affinity. The underlying weapon is Butchering Knife.
Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone	Defeat her in Consecrated Snowfield.	This is the stone for a special armament’s final +10 upgrade, not the ordinary +25 material.

Notes

These are scripted invasions available offline.
The Mt. Gelmir encounter stays on the lower road. Climbing the long mountain ladder takes you away from the shack.
Her large weapon has long reach. Leave room behind you instead of retreating into a wall.
The snowfield encounter requires the secret-medallion route, not the ordinary Rold lift destination.
Her weapon reward is not repeated at every invasion.
