Notes
- Unlocks Fire Grease, Drawstring Fire Grease and Fireproof Dried Liver.
- The book unlocks its recipes without being equipped or consumed. You also need the Crafting Kit from Kalé at the Church of Elleh to use Item Crafting.
- You keep the book and its recipes in later Journeys. Its number identifies the contents rather than a required collection order.
- Fireproof Dried Liver: each craft makes 1, using 3 Rowa Fruit, 1 Beast Liver, and 1 Smoldering Butterfly.
- Fire Grease: each craft makes 1, using 1 Root Resin and 1 Smoldering Butterfly.
- Drawstring Fire Grease: each craft makes 1, using 1 Root Resin, 1 Smoldering Butterfly, and 1 String.
- Fire grease needs a compatible weapon with an affinity that allows weapon buffs. The liver improves fire defense temporarily.
- Fire Grease is a weapon coating, while Fireproof Dried Liver is a defensive food. Using the liver does not set your weapon on fire, and applying the grease does not protect you from enemy fire.
