Notes

  • Unlocks Exalted Flesh.
  • The book unlocks its recipes without being equipped or consumed. You also need the Crafting Kit from Kalé at the Church of Elleh to use Item Crafting.
  • You keep the book and its recipes in later Journeys. Its number identifies the contents rather than a required collection order.
  • Exalted Flesh: each craft makes 1, using 5 Rowa Fruit, 1 Lump of Flesh, 1 Hefty Beast Bone, and 1 Arteria Leaf.
  • Exalted Flesh temporarily improves physical attack. It shares the body buff slot with other consumables and spells in that group, so applying one can replace another.
  • Exalted Flesh is a physical-damage buff. It does not also increase every magic, fire, lightning or Holy portion of a split-damage attack.
  • Flame, Grant Me Strength is an example of another body buff that replaces it. Using both in sequence does not keep two independent physical attack bonuses active.
