Bloodhound Knight Darriwil
Darriwil’s low stance and quick sword movements make this evergaol fight hard to judge from a distance.
Location and access
Forlorn Hound Evergaol
Bloodhound Knight Darriwil
Forlorn Hound Evergaol
Starting Site of Grace: Agheel Lake South
From Agheel Lake South, ride up the nearby hill to the southwest. Look for the large circular stone platform surrounded by stone worms. This is Forlorn Hound Evergaol.
Examine the glowing seal in the middle to enter the evergaol, then approach the disturbance inside to start the fight. Defeat Bloodhound Knight Darriwil to receive Bloodhound's Fang.
Blaidd can help if you have met him first. Hear his howl at Mistwood Ruins, ask Kale at the Church of Elleh about it, then return to the ruins and use Finger Snap. Speak to Blaidd about Darriwil. His gold summon sign will then appear inside the evergaol before you start the fight.

Notes
Defeating Darriwil awards Bloodhound’s Fang. No Stonesword Key is needed to enter this evergaol.
Spirit Ashes and cooperative player summons cannot enter. Blaidd is a specific quest exception, with a gold sign inside the evergaol after you have spoken to him about Darriwil.
To meet Blaidd, hear the howl at Mistwood Ruins, ask Kale about it, then use Finger Snap back at the ruins.
Watch for the finishing slam in Darriwil’s chains. Trying to counter during an earlier sweeping swing often leaves you inside the next attack.
Talk to Blaidd outside afterward if you are following his quest. Using his sign is optional for obtaining the sword.
Bleed buildup can remain a threat while blocking. Leave enough stamina to dodge rather than holding a guard through every strike.
