Two chiefs and several smaller Demi-Humans occupy the cavern below Limgrave’s western beach.

Demi-Human Chiefs in Coastal Cave
Starting Site of Grace: Coastal Cave
From Church of Elleh, head southwest toward the western coast and use the sloping route beside the collapsed stonework to reach the beach. Do not jump straight off the high cliff.
Look for Coastal Cave in the cliff face, southwest of the church and south of Stormfoot Catacombs. Enter and activate the grace on the left.
Use a torch or lantern for the dark passage. Beyond the first Demi-Human, descend toward the larger chamber; the left-hand passage also leads around to its entrance.
Defeat both Demi-Human Chiefs and the smaller Demi-Humans supporting them. Avoid running all the way across the room while the first chief is still pressuring you.
Receive Tailoring Tools and Sewing Needle together after the fight. The tunnel beyond leads to Church of Dragon Communion, but you do not need to follow it for these rewards.

Notes
The combined fight awards Tailoring Tools and Sewing Needle. Both chiefs must be defeated.
Try to handle the nearer group before running to the far end. Drawing the second chief early makes the small cavern much more crowded.
The smaller Demi-Humans can interrupt attacks and healing. Clear nearby stragglers when the chief is recovering.
Boc’s Sewing Needle belongs to his quest. Speak to him separately after recovering the tools rather than assuming the fight finishes his story.
The tunnel beyond the arena leads to the island’s Church of Dragon Communion. You do not have to spend a Dragon Heart for the tailoring rewards.
