Starting Site of Grace: Mausoleum Compound
Begin at the Mausoleum Compound in northeastern Liurnia, in the area with the walking stone mausoleums.
Head east toward the Minor Erdtree on the raised ground. The Erdtree Avatar is waiting at its base.
Defeat the Avatar to receive the Magic-Shrouding, Lightning-Shrouding and Holy-Shrouding Cracked Tears together. There is no need to enter a mausoleum for these rewards.

Notes
Its rewards are Magic-Shrouding, Lightning-Shrouding and Holy-Shrouding Cracked Tears. All three come from the same encounter.
The walking mausoleums are landmarks for the approach. You do not need to lower or enter them to obtain these tears.
Leave an open path around the tree before you fight. The golden projectiles are harder to avoid if your sideways movement runs into the surrounding terrain.
The staff can sweep across your approach after a delayed windup. Wait for the attack to finish rather than running in as soon as it begins.
This is the eastern Liurnia Avatar. The western tree above Converted Tower gives a different pair of tears.
