A record of crafting techniques left by a man who was utterly captivated by St. Trina. He continued the search for her in his slumber.

Acquire the knowledge to craft the following:

- Sleep Pot

Graveyard southwest of Summonwater Village

Limgrave

Starting Site of Grace: Summonwater Village Outskirts

1. Follow the northeastern Limgrave road to Summonwater Village Outskirts.
2. Head southwest of the village to the cemetery on the cliff above the lower ground east of the Artist's Shack.
3. Search the graves and loot the corpse with the book.
4. You do not need to defeat the village's Tibia Mariner.

Notes

• Unlocks Sleep Pots.
• The book unlocks its recipes without being equipped or consumed. You also need the Crafting Kit from Kalé at the Church of Elleh to use Item Crafting.
• You keep the book and its recipes in later Journeys. Its number identifies the contents rather than a required collection order.
• Sleep Pot: each craft makes 1, using 1 Mushroom and 1 Trina's Lily.
• Sleep Pots use Cracked Pots, Mushrooms and Trina's Lilies. Throwing them costs FP, and enemies vary in how strongly sleep affects them.
• The matching reusable containers are also required. Using a finished pot or perfume frees its container for another craft; the ingredients spent making it are not returned.
• Sleep Pots use Trina's Lilies rather than the Deep-Purple Lilies used for Eternal Sleep items. The ordinary sleep and Eternal Sleep recipes are separate unlocks.
