Therolina is a silent maiden at the Radahn Festival and a healing puppet available through Seluvis.

During the Radahn Festival, speak to the silent maiden among the gathered fighters. Let her bow finish for Polite Bow.
Her gold sign in the Wailing Dunes calls a support ally who focuses on healing.

Starting Site of Grace: Ranni’s Rise

Leave Loretta's arena through the northern exit into Three Sisters. Visit Ranni's Rise to the west, agree to serve her, speak to the projections downstairs and speak to Ranni again before leaving.
Visit Seluvis's Rise south of Ranni's tower and accept the potion task. Keep Ranni's Fingerslayer Blade handover for after any puppet purchases you still need.
Give the potion to Gideon at Roundtable Hold for disposal if you want to preserve Nepheli's quest. Return to Seluvis and report that the task is complete.
In the ruins northeast of Ranni's Rise, strike or roll over the illusory floor to reveal stairs. Descend, read the message beside the puppets and examine the workshop.
Return to Seluvis and ask about his chambers. Take the offered initial puppet. To buy another, leave and return with enough Starlight Shards, then ask for a new puppet; if that dialogue has not appeared, collect another shard and reload the area.
Starlight Shards are the payment, so keep them instead of consuming them for FP. Arrange the required listing before giving Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade.
Choose Therolina as the free puppet, or buy her for two Starlight Shards if you chose another first.

Find the workshop

Join Ranni and speak to Seluvis at his tower. In the ruins northeast of Ranni’s Rise, reveal the illusory floor, descend and inspect the puppet room and message.
Ask Seluvis about it
Branch: Main quest
Complete or dispose of Seluvis’s Potion, report to him and ask about his chambers. Choose an offered puppet. Give the potion to Gideon if preserving Nepheli’s normal story.
Open further purchases
Branch: Main quest
Return with Starlight Shards and ask for another puppet. If the dialogue has not appeared, obtain another shard and reload before checking again.
Progression cutoff: Arrange the required puppet listings before handing Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade.

She is primarily a support summon, so do not expect a second melee fighter rushing the boss.
Her silent festival appearance does not make her a usable maiden’s-blood target for Varré.
Starlight Shards used in the puppet shop are spent as currency. Do not consume every shard for FP.
Her puppet is a Spirit Ash item and follows Spirit Ash summoning restrictions.
