About this crafting material
Two Fly Mold are spent per Hefty Poison Pot, Hefty Rot Pot, Hefty Fly Pot or Hefty Fetid Pot. Each also needs its own other ingredients and an available Hefty Cracked Pot.
The four recipes come from Greater Potentate's Cookbooks (7), (9), (10) and (8), respectively. The mold itself does not unlock any of them.
Man-Flies provide a renewable supply. A successful drop can contain more than one mold, but killing a fly is not a guaranteed material reward.

In-game description
A species of fungus known for its deathly sweet stench. Material used for crafting.
Found by hunting man-flies.
Cultivated using the flesh and blood of man-flies, it can serve as pot innards.
Where to find
Man-Flies northeast of Recluses' River Downstream
Scadu Altus
Starting Site of Grace: Recluses' River Downstream
- From Shadow Keep, Main Gate Plaza, take the right-hand shortcut if it is open. Otherwise follow the route around the left until you reach the rampart with the burning boats.
- Find the ladder on the eastern edge beside a corpse and climb down to the water. Go behind the waterfall and descend the next ladder to the painting room.
- Strike the hidden wall to the right of the painting. Follow the passage and enter the coffin at the end to reach Castle Watering Hole.
- Head south along Recluses' River, activating the Upstream grace and following the narrow cliff route to Recluses' River Downstream.
- From Recluses' River Downstream, go northeast along the upper bank toward the Man-Flies. Stop before descending the pale gravestones toward the lower river.
- Draw the flies away from the cliff in small groups, defeat them and check their drops. Their grabs are dangerous when several surround you.
- Return to the grace and rest to reset the group. Man-Flies in Belurat and other areas can also supply the material; it is not exclusive to this river.

Notes
- Two Fly Mold are spent per Hefty Poison Pot, Hefty Rot Pot, Hefty Fly Pot or Hefty Fetid Pot. Each also needs its own other ingredients and an available Hefty Cracked Pot.
- The four recipes come from Greater Potentate's Cookbooks (7), (9), (10) and (8), respectively. The mold itself does not unlock any of them.
- Man-Flies provide a renewable supply. A successful drop can contain more than one mold, but killing a fly is not a guaranteed material reward.
- Moldmonger's Bell Bearing unlocks unlimited purchases from the Twin Maiden Husks at 2,500 runes each. It is found in a hanging pot beside Recluses' River, rather than awarded for a merchant death.
- Buying the two mold for one hefty pot costs 5,000 runes before the other ingredients. Farming flies is an alternative if you are making a large supply.
- The Hefty Cracked Pot becomes available again after throwing the prepared item. Both mold and the other ingredients are spent.
- The recipe determines the finished effect. Fly Mold alone does not mean every pot made with it inflicts Bleed, Poison and Scarlet Rot together.
