Starting Site of Grace: Moorth Highway, South
Reach Scadu Altus and follow the highway south from Moorth Ruins.
Find the Ghostflame Dragon fighting soldiers on the battlefield north of Fort of Reprimand.
Defeat the dragon for the stone. The surrounding soldiers are not the reward enemies.

Holy damage is useful against this dragon. A suitable anti-dragon weapon is another option if it fits your build.
Leave the ghostflame-covered ground before healing or attacking again. The lingering flame remains dangerous after the initial breath.
The dragon is already fighting soldiers. Their attacks can still hit you, so avoid committing between the dragon and the whole group.
Moorth Highway, South is the nearby checkpoint. Fort of Reprimand’s interior is separate from this field fight.
