Notes

  • Unlocks Freezing Pots.
  • The book unlocks its recipes without being equipped or consumed. You also need the Crafting Kit from Kalé at the Church of Elleh to use Item Crafting.
  • You keep the book and its recipes in later Journeys. Its number identifies the contents rather than a required collection order.
  • Freezing Pot: each craft makes 1, using 2 Rimed Crystal Bud.
  • Freezing Pots use Cracked Pots and Rimed Crystal Buds. They inflict frost buildup without needing a compatible weapon that can be buffed with grease.
  • A Freezing Pot is an option when your weapon cannot use Freezing Grease. It applies frost buildup through the thrown item without changing your weapon's affinity.
