Starting Site of Grace: West Capital Rampart
Reach Leyndell, Royal Capital after obtaining two Great Runes and visiting the Two Fingers. Follow the main avenue to Avenue Balcony.
From Avenue Balcony, descend northwest toward the huge petrified dragon. Climb its wing and follow the upper passage and stairs to West Capital Rampart.
From West Capital Rampart, climb the enormous root toward Erdtree Sanctuary. Defeat the golden shade of Godfrey in the sanctuary for the third pouch.
This is the golden capital encounter, not the later Godfrey and Hoarah Loux fight near the story's end.

Notes
The reward is a Talisman Pouch. This encounter does not award Remembrance of Hoarah Loux.
The shade uses axe attacks and ground stomps, without the later Hoarah Loux transformation.
Watch the axe during the delayed overhead swings. Dodging at the raised-arm pose can leave you exposed when the hit finally comes.
The stomp sends danger across the ground. Time your movement to the impact instead of treating it as an ordinary short melee swing.
Keep room beside the sanctuary’s pillars so your dodge does not stop against them.
The route beyond reaches Queen’s Bedchamber and Morgott. The later Godfrey fight happens after the capital changes.
