This merchant is easy to miss on the ledge beneath the bridge south of Stargazers’ Ruins.

Starting Site of Grace: Ancient Snow Valley Ruins

Reach Ancient Snow Valley Ruins, then follow the frozen river north and west to the spiritspring.
Use the spiritspring to reach the plateau toward Stargazers' Ruins.
Find the bridge running southeast from the ruins. Just south of the bridge's beginning, descend carefully to the ledge containing the merchant's campfire.

His fire is below the bridge approach. Searching only the bridge deck leaves you above the camp.
Lightning Greatbolts are unlimited. Rune Arcs, Stonesword Keys and Thawfrost Boluses have finite stock.
These goods are purchases. You do not need to kill the merchant or complete a separate quest to open this camp’s ordinary shop.
Limited stock stays limited when its Bell Bearing is handed to the Twin Maiden Husks. Buying an item first does not leave a second copy in the transferred shop.
This character’s personal shop unlock must be obtained again in a new journey. It is separate from the material bearings that retain their delivered unlocks.
