Irina

Irina has escaped Castle Morne’s uprising and waits beside the road in Weeping Peninsula. She asks you to carry a letter to her father, Edgar.

Starting Site of Grace: Bridge of Sacrifice

Cross the Bridge of Sacrifice from Limgrave into Weeping Peninsula.
Find Irina seated beside the road just south of the bridge.
Speak to her until she asks you to deliver a letter to her father. Accept the request to receive it.

Weeping Peninsula · The return visit

When available: After the letter and Castle Morne progression.

Starting Site of Grace: Bridge of Sacrifice

Return to the same seat south of the bridge after the Castle Morne conversations.
If Edgar has finished his duty at the castle, speak to him beside her body to continue his story.

Quest steps can include different outcomes. Read the branch, conditions and cutoffs before making a choice.

Take the letter
Branch: Main quest
Speak until she asks for help, then agree to deliver Irina’s Letter. Keep her alive and travel south along the road toward Castle Morne.
Find Edgar before the boss
Branch: Main quest
Take the castle lift, pass the courtyard’s Pumpkin Head and climb the ladder to the right. Follow the upper wall, descend the left ladder to the lower walkway and climb the tower stairs to Edgar. Deliver the letter before fighting Leonine.
Report victory to Edgar
Branch: Main quest
Defeat Leonine Misbegotten on the beach behind the castle. Return to Edgar on the tower and finish his new dialogue.
Return to Irina
Branch: Main quest
Go back to the roadside seat. Her death is scripted; speak to Edgar there, then his later encounter continues at Revenger’s Shack in Liurnia.

There is no normal quest route that rescues Irina after the uprising. Faster travel or killing every Misbegotten does not unlock a safe ending for her.
Delivering the letter before Leonine preserves the intended conversation sequence. Edgar is on the castle walls, not at the beach boss arena.
Travelling further can advance her state before you finish Castle Morne. Complete the letter delivery while you are here if you want its full dialogue.
Hyetta’s later story follows Irina’s scripted end. Their shared appearance is not a reason to attack Irina or treat the two quest records as interchangeable.
Edgar’s later Shabriri Grape and upgraded halberd come from his own encounter. Irina does not hand them over as a letter-delivery gift.
