About this bell bearing

Transfers the merchant's remaining stock, including the Lantern, Zweihander, Sacrificial Twigs and Lost Ashes of War.

Limited items keep their remaining quantities. Handing in the bearing does not refill anything already bought.

Offer it to the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold, then open the corresponding bell-bearing shop to buy the remaining items.

In-game description

An isolated merchant's bell bearing, found upon his perished flesh.

Offer to the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold to gain access to new items.

Where to find

Merchant's shack on the western coast

Weeping Peninsula

Starting Site of Grace: Isolated Merchant's Shack

  1. Cross into the Weeping Peninsula and make your way to the western fields around the Fourth Church of Marika.
  2. Ride southwest toward the coast and the Walking Mausoleum, then find the wooden shack and its nearby grace.
  3. Visit the merchant inside. If you choose to kill him, collect his bearing and offer it to the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold.

Notes

  • Transfers the merchant's remaining stock, including the Lantern, Zweihander, Sacrificial Twigs and Lost Ashes of War.
  • Limited items keep their remaining quantities. Handing in the bearing does not refill anything already bought.
  • Offer it to the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold, then open the corresponding bell-bearing shop to buy the remaining items.
  • You can buy the same stock from the merchant while he is alive. Killing him is optional.
  • The Zweihander and Lantern can both be bought while he is alive. Neither requires obtaining the bearing first.
  • The Great Arrows and Ballista Bolts in this particular shop are limited, unlike some later ammunition shops.
  • This is the Weeping Peninsula shack, not the identically named shack in Dragonbarrow.
  • This personal merchant inventory resets in a new Journey. It is different from the permanent smithing-stone, glovewort and material-shop unlocks, so buy any supplies you want before moving on.
