The Isolated Merchant in northwestern Dragonbarrow sells poison arrows and a torch that deters certain beasts.

Starting Site of Grace: Isolated Merchant's Shack

Ride into northwestern Dragonbarrow and find the Isolated Merchant's Shack beside the road west of the Minor Erdtree.
Activate the grace beside the shack and visit in daylight so the merchant is present.

Isolated Merchant's Bell Bearing [3]	Dropped if this particular merchant dies.	Give it to the Twin Maiden Husks to transfer remaining stock. It is not required for shopping at the camp.

Visit in daylight. The night-time Bell Bearing Hunter awards Gravity Stone Peddler’s Bell Bearing, which is a different inventory unlock.
Serpent Arrows are unlimited. The Ritual Pot, Lost Ashes of War and Gravel Stone are limited stock.
These goods are purchases. You do not need to kill the merchant or complete a separate quest to open this camp’s ordinary shop.
Limited stock stays limited when its Bell Bearing is handed to the Twin Maiden Husks. Buying an item first does not leave a second copy in the transferred shop.
This character’s personal shop unlock must be obtained again in a new journey. It is separate from the material bearings that retain their delivered unlocks.
The Beast-Repellent Torch deters certain beasts while held. It does not pacify every animal or make Dragonbarrow safe.
