Latenna the Albinauric
Latenna asks you to carry her to the Albinaurics’ distant homeland. Recruit her at Slumbering Wolf’s Shack before collecting the second secret-medallion half, then bring her to Apostate Derelict.
When available: Before collecting the left secret-medallion half at Castle Sol.
Starting Site of Grace: Slumbering Wolf’s Shack
Before you go
Obtain Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right) from Albus.
From Scenic Isle in southern Liurnia, ride south across the shallow water to the cliff. Lakeside Crystal Cave opens at lake level, rather than on the cliff above. Enter and activate the grace.
Look into the large shaft near the entrance and descend using the illuminated rocks. Take the short drops separately, then move east onto the outcrop marked by fire and a candle. The upper Demi-Human rooms and Spear Talisman chest are an optional detour.
Enter the passage from that outcrop and watch for three Crystal Snails. Their crystal breath can catch you while you stand still. Continue along the right side of the next corridor to avoid the larger group on the left.
When the tunnel opens back onto the shaft, drop onto the ledge to the left. A corpse with Soft Cotton confirms this landing. Heal before taking the remaining drop to the group of three item-bearing corpses below.
Follow the lower passage past the last snails and defeat the Bloodhound Knight. Its reward is Cerulean Amber Medallion; Albus gives the secret medallion half.
After defeating the Bloodhound Knight, use the passage beyond its arena instead of the return-to-entrance wisp. Outside, activate Slumbering Wolf's Shack.
Speak to Latenna beside her dead wolf and show that you have Albus's medallion half. Agree to take her along to receive her Spirit Ashes.
Apostate Derelict
Consecrated Snowfield · Keep your promise
When available: After recruiting her and opening the secret lift route.
Starting Site of Grace: Apostate Derelict
Obtain both Haligtree Secret Medallion halves and use the secret-medallion option at the Grand Lift of Rold.
Pass through Hidden Path to the Haligtree and emerge into Consecrated Snowfield. Continue northwest across the region to the ruined church at its far edge.
Enter Apostate Derelict and approach the giant seated Albinauric woman. Use the special Summon Latenna interaction and finish the conversation.
Quest steps
Quest steps can include different outcomes. Read the branch, conditions and cutoffs before making a choice.
Earn her trust
Branch: Main quest
Get the right secret-medallion half from Albus. Clear Lakeside Crystal Cave and leave through the passage behind its boss, rather than using the return-to-entrance wisp.
Accept her request
Branch: Main quest
Speak to Latenna beside Lobo at Slumbering Wolf’s Shack. Agree to carry her and receive her Spirit Ashes.
Progression cutoff: Recruit her before taking the left medallion half at Castle Sol.
Collect the left half
Branch: Main quest
Defeat Commander Niall at Castle Sol and continue beyond his arena to the tower pickup. The ordinary Rold Medallion is not this secret half.
Use the secret lift
Branch: Main quest
At the Grand Lift of Rold, switch from the ordinary lift prompt to the secret-medallion option. Pass through the Hidden Path to enter Consecrated Snowfield.
Summon her beside Phillia
Branch: Main quest
Reach Apostate Derelict in the far northwest and use the dedicated Summon Latenna prompt beside the giant woman. Finish her dialogue for the Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.

Details
Latenna the Albinauric Spirit Ashes
Agree to carry her after showing Albus’s medallion half.
Her normal summon remains available after completing the journey.
Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone
Complete her special interaction beside Phillia.
A final quest gift for taking her along while she could still make the request.
Notes
Finding her ashes after she has already died is not the same as recruiting her. It does not preserve the final stone reward.
Use the dedicated quest prompt at Apostate Derelict. Casting the ordinary Spirit Ash in a nearby combat area does not complete the scene.
A player message can overlap the prompt. Switch the available interaction if you are standing beside Phillia and only see a message.
Lakeside Crystal Cave’s boss drops Cerulean Amber Medallion. The secret half needed for her trust comes from Albus.
Finishing her journey does not consume or remove her Spirit Ashes.
Lobo is her wolf companion at the shack. Attacking the body does not provide another way to complete the promise.
