Miranda the Blighted Bloom (Tombsward Cave)

Tombsward Cave boss

Starting Site of Grace: Tombsward Cave

  1. Cross Bridge of Sacrifice into Weeping Peninsula. Follow the western routes toward Fourth Church of Marika, then search the cliff southeast of the church for Tombsward Cave's entrance.
  2. Find Tombsward Cave southeast of the Fourth Church of Marika in western Weeping Peninsula. It is separate from Tombsward Catacombs.
  3. Activate the grace and bring a light and Poison treatment. Follow the tunnel into the first poison-filled room.
  4. At the first fork, continue straight for the shorter boss route. The right branch contains more loot and joins the route later.
  5. Avoid rolling through the poison if you can, since coating yourself lets buildup continue after leaving the pool.
  6. Defeat Miranda the Blighted Bloom beyond the fog to receive the medallion. Clear the smaller flowers if they are interrupting you.

Notes

  • Defeating Miranda awards Viridian Amber Medallion. Tombsward Catacombs and its Cemetery Shade are a separate dungeon.
  • Fire damage can interrupt the flower’s preparations. Use a Fire Pot, fire spell or compatible buffed weapon if you need a way to stop the longer windups.
  • White lights rising around you warn of the falling star attack. Move out of the marked area before the beams land.
  • The smaller flowers can keep building poison while you attack the large one. Clear them when they are closing off the space you need.
  • Poison treatment helps on the approach as well as in the arena. Do not roll through every pool if you can cross without coating yourself.
