Hanging pot near Rivermouth Cave
Gravesite Plain
Starting Site of Grace: Ellac River Cave
Before you go
- Enter the Realm of Shadow.
- Bring a ranged attack for the hanging pot.
- From Castle Front, ride southeast to the road fork and take the downhill route through the camp.
- At the next fork, go left toward the poison pools. Near the large Miranda flower, take the lower slope toward the crab and cave entrance.
- Pass the flowers, enter Ellac River Cave and activate its grace.
- Leave the cave toward the river and follow the water northwest to Rivermouth Cave. Stay at the bottom of the ravine.
- Continue around the cliff west of Rivermouth Cave and look up for the pot hanging from the high rock wall.
- Break it with a ranged attack and pick up the bearing from the ground beneath it.
- Offer the bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold.
- Buy Mushroom from the unlocked main shop for 800 runes each.
Notes
- Used in many ordinary throwing-pot recipes.
- Growing mushrooms return after resting.
- Empty pot containers are also needed for the finished items and become available again after throwing them.
- Mushrooms, Melted Mushrooms, Toxic Mushrooms and the red- and white-fleshed varieties are separate ingredients.
- For Fire Pot, Lightning Pot, Fetid Pot, Swarm Pot, Holy Water Pot, Roped Fire Pot, and Roped Lightning Pot, use one per finished item.
- For Roped Fetid Pot, Roped Fly Pot, Roped Holy Water Pot, and Sleep Pot, use one per finished item.
- For Redmane Fire Pot, Ancient Dragonbolt Pot, Sacred Order Pot, Albinauric Pot, and Cursed-Blood Pot, use two per finished item.
- The unlocked shop sells these for 800 runes each. A recipe needing two Mushrooms therefore spends 1,600 runes on mushrooms alone, making the nearby gathering loop useful for regular crafting.
