Before you go

• 500 runes

1. Follow the road north from the First Step to Church of Elleh.
2. Talk to Kale and open his shop.
3. Buy the second Nomadic Warrior book for 500 runes.

Notes

• Unlocks Glowstones, Invigorating Cured Meat and Invigorating White Cured Meat.
• The book unlocks its recipes without being equipped or consumed. You also need the Crafting Kit from Kalé at the Church of Elleh to use Item Crafting.
• You keep the book and its recipes in later Journeys. Its number identifies the contents rather than a required collection order.
• Invigorating Cured Meat: each craft makes 1, using 3 Golden Rowa, 1 Sliver of Meat, 1 Crab Eggs, and 1 Land Octopus Ovary.
• Invigorating White Cured Meat: each craft makes 1, using 3 Golden Rowa, 1 Strip of White Flesh, 1 Crab Eggs, and 1 Land Octopus Ovary.
• Glowstone: each craft makes 1, using 1 Ruin Fragment and 1 Dewkissed Herba.
• Glowstones provide light where you place them. The cured meats temporarily raise Robustness to help resist blood loss and frost buildup.
• Glowstones stay where they are placed. They are a consumable light, rather than a Lantern that remains attached to your character.
