Acquire the knowledge to craft the following:

- Poison Grease

- Drawstring Poison Grease

Lower dead end in Tombsward Cave

Weeping Peninsula

Starting Site of Grace: Tombsward Cave

1. Find Tombsward Cave on the western Weeping Peninsula, south of the Fourth Church of Marika.
2. Enter the cave and continue to the large poison chamber.
3. Look on the right side for an opening that drops to a lower section.
4. Drop down, follow the passage straight to its dead end and loot the corpse with the cookbook.
5. Bring a way to treat poison and leave the swamp before using it.

Notes

• Unlocks Poison Grease and Drawstring Poison Grease.
• The book unlocks its recipes without being equipped or consumed. You also need the Crafting Kit from Kalé at the Church of Elleh to use Item Crafting.
• You keep the book and its recipes in later Journeys. Its number identifies the contents rather than a required collection order.
• Poison Grease: each craft makes 1, using 1 Root Resin and 1 Poisonbloom.
• Drawstring Poison Grease: each craft makes 1, using 1 Root Resin, 1 Poisonbloom, and 1 String.
• These add poison buildup to compatible weapons with an affinity that allows weapon buffs. The cave's Miranda boss is not required for the pickup.
• Both greases use Root Resin and Poisonbloom. The drawstring version also needs String, and both need a weapon and affinity that allow grease.
