About this item

Explains why killing a demi-human leader can make the smaller members of its group panic. Look for the larger leader before running into the whole crowd.

The reaction belongs to those encounters. Reading the note does not give you an intimidation effect or make every demi-human anywhere flee.

You can use the tactic without buying the note. It is a hint, rather than a quest item needed to finish the area.
