About this item

Points to the Third Church of Marika in eastern Limgrave, north of Mistwood. The Flask of Wondrous Physick and Crimson Crystal Tear are in the stone basin; Sacred Tear is a separate pickup by the statue.

After collecting the flask, rest at a grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick. You can combine two Crystal Tears and activate their effects together with one drink.

Buying the note is optional. It does not give you the flask, add a flask charge or unlock a location that was previously sealed.

Before you go

  • Have 200 runes.
  1. From The First Step, follow the road north to the ruined Church of Elleh.
  2. The mounted Tree Sentinel can be ridden around. You do not need to defeat it to reach the church or shop.
  3. Speak to Kale beside the campfire.
  4. Open the shop and buy Note: Flask of Wondrous Physick for 200 runes.
