Before you go

• Have 1,200 runes.
• Have the Academy Glintstone Key to use the South Raya Lucaria Gate seal on this route.

1. Collect the Academy Glintstone Key from the corpse behind Smarag, north of Temple Quarter. You can take it without killing the dragon.
2. Examine the seal at South Raya Lucaria Gate with the key to reach Main Academy Gate grace.
3. Walk southeast along the bridge through the blue seal without choosing its teleport prompt. Continue past the wolves to the Isolated Merchant at the broken bridge's end.
4. Open the shop and buy Note: The Preceptor's Secret for 1,200 runes.

Notes

• Points to Seluvis's puppet cellar in the Three Sisters ruins, northeast of Ranni's Rise. Strike the false floor to reveal the stairs.
• There is a second false wall inside. The replacement body hidden behind it is used separately in Sellen's quest.
• The note does not teach puppetry or give you a Spirit Ash. Seluvis's shop, the potion choices and Sellen's body transfer are separate interactions.
• You can uncover the cellar without buying the note. Reading it does not choose an outcome for either quest.
• Read it from the inventory's Info tab. You do not equip it or consume it to use the hint.
