About this item
Spends 13 FP to spray a fan of Fire in front of you. The bottle is reusable, so you do not need to craft or buy a replacement after every use.
Fire damage scales with Dexterity. Faith and Intelligence do not strengthen the spray, despite its resemblance to a Fire incantation.
This is a tool used from an item slot, rather than a Perfume Bottle weapon. It does not need a sacred seal, memory slot or learned sorcery.

In-game description
A small bottle wrapped in a bright-red cloth.
Filled with flammable perfume oil.
Uses FP to spout flames forward.
The dancers of Ranah keep these concealed as they dance, marking their height of their passion with an explosion of searing flame and sweet, enticing scents.
Where to find
Hill northwest of the Southern Nameless Mausoleum
Cerulean Coast
Starting Site of Grace: Cerulean Coast West
Before you go
- Enter the Realm of Shadow and reach Cerulean Coast.
- From Castle Front, ride south to the crossroads, turn east and follow the road to the next fork. Take the right-hand dirt track, then the left fork downhill toward the southeast.
- Pass the bloodfiends and descend into the shallow poison area. Follow the lower path down toward the river rather than climbing toward the fort; watch for militia and poison traps along the descent.
- At the bottom is a shallow pool with a giant crab. Turn southwest into the opening in the cliff, continue through the cave past the Revered Spirit Ash chamber and activate Ellac River Cave grace.
- Leave by the southern cave exit and turn south along the river. Use Torrent to cross the successive rock ledges beside the waterfall, landing on the nearby rocks rather than jumping to the valley floor.
- Continue down the ledge path past the stone birds, watching for the living ones to attack. Drop down the short rock steps to Ellac River Downstream grace.
- From Downstream, continue south beside the lower falls. Cross the long rock pillar toward the east and use its far side to reach the lower water safely.
- The lower basin opens toward a Furnace Golem. Its fight is optional for reaching the coast, the friendly forager or the lightning-flower pond.
- Head through the eastern wooded side of the basin, then follow the passage southwest through the cliffs to Cerulean Coast grace. The blue-flowered field beyond confirms you have reached the coast.
- From Cerulean Coast grace, travel southwest toward the first leaning stone coffin, then west past the next huge coffin and the Cemetery Shade.
- Follow the shallow water southwest toward the large dead tree. Watch for the floating lightning balls and the shade near its base.
- Find the hole beside the tree and use its ledges to descend into the cave. The cookbook on the surface is optional; this lower passage is the route to the offshore island.
- Follow the tunnel west past the small crabs and the large lobster. Continue through the western opening to emerge on the island, underneath the sea you could not cross on foot.
- Outside on the island, go to the smaller hill northwest of the mausoleum. The giant crabs around it are a landmark; climb onto the raised ground rather than entering the tomb.
- Loot the corpse on top for Perfumed Oil of Ranah. Dancer of Ranah does not need to be defeated for this tool, and the boss does not drop it with her armor.
Notes
- Spends 13 FP to spray a fan of Fire in front of you. The bottle is reusable, so you do not need to craft or buy a replacement after every use.
- Fire damage scales with Dexterity. Faith and Intelligence do not strengthen the spray, despite its resemblance to a Fire incantation.
- This is a tool used from an item slot, rather than a Perfume Bottle weapon. It does not need a sacred seal, memory slot or learned sorcery.
- Perfumer's Talisman does not boost it. The perfume name does not put it in the same attack category as the crafted aromatics and perfume weapons.
- Its animation resembles Scouring Black Flame, but it does not apply black flame's percentage-based damage over time. It deals its own Fire damage.
- Applicable Fire-damage boosts can help the spray. Fire-resistant enemies reduce its damage, and you need a clear opening to finish the short-range use animation.
- The bottle cannot be reinforced with Smithing Stones or fitted with an Ash of War. Increasing a different equipped weapon's upgrade level does not reinforce this tool.
- Found on the small hill outside the Southern Nameless Mausoleum. The Dancer fight is optional for this pickup; it is not included in her armor and sword reward.
