Before you go

• Defeat Royal Knight Loretta.
• Progress Ranni's quest through the Fingerslayer Blade handover.

1. Defeat Royal Knight Loretta and leave Caria Manor into the Three Sisters.
2. Turn left outside the manor and follow the cliff above its rooftops until you reach the blue flask scarab beside the drop.
3. Use the roof and wooden ledges below to descend safely to the rooftop opening. Climb down the ladder into Pidia's room above Manor Lower Level.
4. After giving Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade and reaching the stage where Seluvis dies, return here. Pidia's puppets have turned on him; loot his body for the bearing.
5. Offer it to the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold.

Notes

• Transfers Pidia's remaining personal stock, including Glintstone Craftsman's Cookbook [7], Carian Retaliation and the Ripple Blade.
• The room is reached from the cliffs outside the manor. The lower grace beneath it does not provide a direct staircase up to him.
• His limited Larval Tear and other one-time stock do not refill when the bearing is handed over.
• The puppet found with his body depends on earlier choices. The bearing itself does not recreate a puppet outcome you missed.
• The Carian Retaliation sold here is the shield Ash of War, rather than Seluvis's sorcery. Pick the shield version if you want spell retaliation without equipping a staff or memorizing a spell.
