Before you go

• Obtain both halves of the Haligtree Secret Medallion and use the secret lift route.

1. Obtain the right half from Albus, disguised as a pot uphill from Village of the Albinaurics grace beneath Liurnia's western plateau. Obtain the left half from the tower rooftop beyond Commander Niall at Castle Sol.
2. Return to the Grand Lift of Rold, stand at the medallion prompt and switch actions to Hoist secret medallion. The ordinary Hoist medallion action leads to a different region.
3. In Hidden Path to the Haligtree, follow the main corridor and take the steps on the left up through the Militia and Land Octopus enemies. Stay on the normal walkway; dropping through the broken railing starts an optional lower dungeon.
4. Activate Hidden Path to the Haligtree grace near the exit and continue outside. The lower Stray Mimic Tear boss is unnecessary for the snowfield.
5. Travel north through the blizzard, following the road and its lights rather than riding toward the cliff edges. Activate Consecrated Snowfield and continue toward Inner Consecrated Snowfield as visibility improves.
6. From Inner Consecrated Snowfield, travel southwest toward Yelough Anix Ruins and the western cliffs. Find Yelough Anix Tunnel in the cliff below the ruins and activate its entrance grace; the tunnel boss is unnecessary.
7. Return outside and head east among the pale tree-like stone pillars. Gather the frost-covered crystal plants around their bases, keeping the tunnel and western cliff as your return landmarks.
8. Rest at the grace and repeat the plant circuit. These naturally growing snowfield buds replenish, while fixed corpse bundles elsewhere do not.

Liurnia of the Lakes

Starting Site of Grace: Main Caria Manor Gate

1. Reach the western Liurnia road and follow it north through Kingsrealm Ruins. Strike the illusory wall blocking the road at the northern end, then continue past Iji at Road to the Manor.
2. Ride toward the large manor while avoiding the magical strikes falling along the approach. Activate Main Caria Manor Gate grace at the entrance.
3. Enter the lower garden and explore the corpse pickups beside the main courtyard path. Rimed Crystal Bud bundles are among these early supplies; Fingercreepers wait in the plants and beneath the ground.
4. Collect the bundles and return to the entrance grace if you only need materials. Royal Knight Loretta is farther along the manor route and is not required for these ground-floor pickups.
5. Corpse bundles do not refill after resting. They provide an earlier finite supply, not a repeatable farm equivalent to the snowfield plants.

Notes

• Used in Freezing Pots, Freezing Grease and Coldbone ammunition. Ordinary Crystal Bud and Crystal Cave Moss are different ingredients and cannot substitute for it.
• Naturally growing buds in Consecrated Snowfield replenish after resting. Earlier corpse bundles in Caria Manor and Liurnia remain looted, so those are finite supplies.
• One bud makes one Freezing Grease; two make a Freezing Pot. Three make ten Coldbone Arrows, fletched arrows or bolts per craft.
• The fletched arrow recipe needs a Flight Pinion as well. A larger batch does not mean every finished item consumes three buds.
• Certain snowy-region Wandering Nobles and Giant Crayfish can also drop the material. The selected outdoor plant circuit avoids fighting those enemies and does not depend on Discovery.
• The nearby tunnel boss, Astel, is unnecessary for the snowfield plants. Caria Manor's lower garden offers an earlier finite pickup before Royal Knight Loretta.
• Keep the western cliff and tunnel entrance as landmarks when collecting around the pale pillars. The blizzard can make a longer circuit harder to retrace, so gather nearby plants before extending the loop.
