Royal Revenant (Kingsrealm Ruins)

The hidden cellar holds a fast, many-limbed Revenant. Repeated swipes and poison make a panicked retreat dangerous.

Starting Site of Grace: Road to the Manor

Follow the western Liurnia road north toward Caria Manor until you reach Kingsrealm Ruins. Sorcerers appear and disappear among the walls. The northern road wall is an illusion; striking it opens the way to Iji and Road to the Manor grace.
From Road to the Manor, go south back into the ruins and search the eastern buildings. Find the corpse with Glintstone Fireflies beside the two wandering nobles, then strike or roll across the stone floor just north of it.
The floor disappears to reveal cellar stairs. Descend and defeat Royal Revenant. An area-healing incantation used close enough to reach it can heavily damage and stagger this enemy; a healing flask does not have that effect.
Open the door at the rear of the boss chamber and loot Frozen Needle from the chest. The road illusion and the cellar-floor illusion are separate obstacles.

Notes

Frozen Needle is in the chest beyond the boss chamber. The road’s illusory wall and the cellar’s illusory floor are separate obstacles.
An area-healing incantation such as Heal damages and staggers the Revenant when it is within the spell’s area.
Urgent Heal and a healing flask do not trigger that counter. Equip the correct spell and a Sacred Seal before entering.
Without the healing counter, look for room beside the enemy rather than retreating straight through its long flurry.
Move out of the poison spray before settling into a cast. The boss can disappear and reappear, so keep watching for its next position.
Opening the northern road wall leads to Iji and Road to the Manor. It does not reveal the hidden cellar stairs by itself.
