Starting Site of Grace: Warmaster's Shack

Reach Warmaster's Shack by following the road east from Stormhill Shack.
Climb the small rise just east of the grace and look for the perched owl. Approach slowly so you can line up a ranged attack before it flies away.
Defeat the owl and collect its drop. Rest at the shack and return to the perch for another egg.
