Before you go

• Obtain O Mother and open the Hinterland passage.

1. Collect the O Mother gesture at the statue north of Bonny Village. Reach Shadow Keep, Back Gate through the Church District and the storehouse rafters.
2. Enter the side room beside the Back Gate grace and use O Mother in front of Marika's statue. Take the passage that opens to Hinterland.
3. Climb southeast toward Shaman Village. Go to the cliffs behind the village's upper end and look down toward Rabbath's Rise.
4. Use Torrent to drop down the rock ledges one at a time until you can land on the tower's upper balcony. Do not jump straight to the ground below.
5. Enter through the balcony and drop into the hidden library chamber. Loot the corpse beside the bookshelf for the bearing.
6. Take it to the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold and offer it.

Notes

• Unlocks unlimited Rabbath's Greatbolts for 800 runes each.
• The spiritspring used to reach Rabbath's Cannon does not reach this hidden room. Approach from the cliffs above the tower.
• Anna's puppet is in the same upper area, but Jolán's Spirit Ash quest is not required to collect the bearing.
• Offer the bearing before starting another journey if you want the ammunition shop to remain unlocked.
• Rabbath's Greatbolts are ballista ammunition, not the Great Arrows used by a greatbow. The bearing makes ammunition available; it does not give you Rabbath's Cannon or alter another weapon's ammunition type.
