About this item

A quest item for Nepheli Loux rather than a summonable Spirit Ash. You cannot equip it, reinforce it through Roderika or spend FP to summon the king.

The summon in the nearby chest is Stormhawk Deenh. The two pickups have different uses and are not interchangeable.

Progress Nepheli through the Village of the Albinaurics and Omenkiller, then speak to her at Roundtable Hold during her despair. Ask Gideon about that despair before returning to her.

In-game description

Ashes of a hawk revered by all others as sovereign back in the days when Stormveil's winds still raged like no other.

This ancient monarch is proud however, refusing to answer anyone's summons.

Starting Site of Grace: The Four Belfries

Before you go

  • One Imbued Sword Key for the return route through The Four Belfries.
  1. Follow the road along western Liurnia to Foot of the Four Belfries grace. At the fork, take the uphill path northeast through the spirit jellyfish and Troll Knights.
  2. Keep climbing east and then uphill toward the four bell towers. Activate The Four Belfries grace at the highest part of the hill and open the nearby chest for an Imbued Sword Key.
  3. Walk downhill to the eastern sending gate with the inscription Precipice of Anticipation. Read the inscription before using the key: the other gates lead to different isolated areas.
  4. Spend one Imbued Sword Key at its imp statue and use the gate. An ordinary Stonesword Key will not work here.
  5. Follow the island path and bridge to the original Grafted Scion courtyard. Defeat it if it survived your first visit; it drops Ornamental Straight Sword and Golden Beast Crest Shield together.
  6. Cross the bridge beyond the courtyard and climb the curved wooden stairs to the chapel where you first started. Before using the main entrance, take the now-open side doorway on its right.
  7. Climb the stairs to the upper outdoor landing. The Stormhawk King is the item lying outside.
  8. The item outside is The Stormhawk King. Open the chest through the upper doorway as well if you also want the separate summon, Stormhawk Deenh.

Notes

  • The summon in the nearby chest is Stormhawk Deenh. The two pickups have different uses and are not interchangeable.
  • Progress Nepheli through the Village of the Albinaurics and Omenkiller, then speak to her at Roundtable Hold during her despair. Ask Gideon about that despair before returning to her.
  • Roderika's spirit-tuning service must be established before the relevant handover. Give Nepheli the king when her dialogue offers the option.
  • Do not give Nepheli Seluvis's Potion if you want her Stormveil resolution. That branch prevents the normal outcome supported by this item.
  • Handing it over advances her story, but does not immediately move everyone into the throne room. Defeating Morgott and reloading the Stormveil area are later steps.
  • You can collect the king before Nepheli is ready to receive it. The chapel pickup itself does not require her quest to have reached the handover.
