Wormface (Altus Minor Erdtree)

The large Wormface beneath the woodland tree uses clouds that build Death Blight, alongside stomps and a running grab.

Starting Site of Grace: Bower of Bounty

From Bower of Bounty, ride northeast through the wooded valley toward the Minor Erdtree. This is the forest below the broken greatbridge, rather than the road on top.
The large Wormface guards the tree. Its Death Blight clouds are dangerous even if you can survive the ordinary hits; move out before the buildup meter fills.
Defeat the large Wormface beneath the tree to receive Crimsonspill Crystal Tear and Speckled Hardtear together.
These are fixed boss rewards. The smaller Wormfaces in the surrounding ruins do not drop either tear.

Notes

Victory awards Crimsonspill Crystal Tear and Speckled Hardtear together. The smaller Wormfaces nearby do not drop those tears.
Death Blight kills when its buildup bar fills, regardless of how much HP you have left. Drinking a flask is not a substitute for leaving the cloud.
Vitality is the resistance stat for Death Blight. Vigor increases HP instead.
Clear nearby lesser enemies before drawing the boss so they do not interrupt your retreat.
When it shakes its head or starts spewing, move to clear ground. The next cloud can cover a larger area than the first.
The running open-armed approach signals a grab. Keep space to dodge instead of trying to block it.
The tree is in the woodland below the broken greatbridge. The road on top is a different height.
