Notes
- One craft makes 10, using 3 Thin Beast Bones and 1 Poisonbloom. You keep the cookbook and Crafting Kit; only the ingredients are spent.
- Ammunition for bows and light bows. It does not fit a greatbow, crossbow or ballista weapon.
- Adds 28 Physical attack power to the shot. This is the ammunition contribution, before the ranged weapon, skill, distance and enemy defenses determine the actual damage.
- This version saves the Flight Pinion but has shorter flight than its fletched counterpart. Use the fletched version for distant targets rather than assuming the same shot will reach equally well.
- Has 60 base Poison buildup per ordinary hit. The target's resistance must be overcome before the status triggers; damage and buildup are different parts of the shot.
- Ranged skills and burst weapons can apply their own buildup modifiers. Several projectiles connecting does not always apply the full ordinary-hit value for each one.
- Causes ordinary Poison after enough buildup. The listed buildup is not damage per second, and poisoning an enemy again while the same effect is active does not add a second identical damage-over-time effect.
- Arcane only improves the buildup through a weapon with suitable Arcane scaling, such as Serpent Bow. An ordinary crossbow does not gain stronger Poison simply because your Arcane is higher.
- Serpent Arrow has 78 base Poison buildup compared with 60 here. Fletching changes flight distance rather than closing that buildup difference.
- Carry up to 99 of this type. It has its own stack, separate from the other arrow types.
