Effects

Restores 3 FP when an enemy defeat triggers its recovery effect. This is a flat amount per eligible defeat, rather than a percentage of maximum FP.

It does not restore FP continuously while you wait, and hitting a living enemy does not activate it. A long boss fight without additional enemies gives it few opportunities to help.

Each enemy in a defeated group can provide its own recovery. This makes it more useful while clearing ordinary enemies than when spending FP on a single durable target.

In-game description

Item cut from the horns of the Regal Ancestor Spirit.

Restore FP upon defeating enemies.

A number of new growths bud from the antler-like horns of the fallen king, each glowing with light. Thus does new life grow from death, and from death, one obtains power.

Where to find

Regal Ancestor Spirit remembrance exchange

Nokron, Eternal City

Starting Site of Grace: Ancestral Woods

Before you go

  • Defeat Starscourge Radahn and the Regal Ancestor Spirit.
  • Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor.
  1. Defeat Starscourge Radahn at the Radahn Festival in Redmane Castle. His defeat opens the starfall crater in Limgrave; it is not the sealed Siofra River overlook reached from the Four Belfries.
  2. Return to the Mistwood near Fort Haight and find the new crater marked by floating rocks. Use the descending ledges and openings to enter Nokron, Eternal City.
  3. Follow the rooftops down into Nokron's streets, then continue to the Mimic Tear boss. Defeat it and cross the long bridge beyond the arena.
  4. Leave the bridge on the left where it opens into woodland. Follow the western cliff to Ancestral Woods grace, overlooking the lower rooftops.
  5. In the upper woods, light the pillar beside the cliff near the broken bridge. Continue along the brick road for the next roadside pillar.
  6. Follow the road to the raised ledge with a singing Ancestral Follower. Deal with the nearby followers and light the pillar beside the singer.
  7. Go northwest behind the large rock for another pillar. Continue north toward the cliff and flooded ruins for the pillar guarded by giant rats and chanting followers.
  8. Find the remaining pillar in the ruins near the deer remains beside upper Hallowhorn Grounds. These are six pillars in the upper woods, separate from the eight in lower Siofra River.
  9. Check the flames along the Hallowhorn Grounds stairs to confirm all six are lit. Touch the glowing horned remains inside to enter the spirit arena.
  10. Defeat Regal Ancestor Spirit to receive its remembrance automatically. Lower Siofra's ordinary Ancestor Spirit gives Ancestral Follower Ashes instead.
  11. Take Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor to Finger Reader Enia at Roundtable Hold and exchange it for Ancestral Spirit's Horn. Winged Greathorn is the alternative weapon reward.

Notes

  • Restores 3 FP when an enemy defeat triggers its recovery effect. This is a flat amount per eligible defeat, rather than a percentage of maximum FP.
  • It does not restore FP continuously while you wait, and hitting a living enemy does not activate it. A long boss fight without additional enemies gives it few opportunities to help.
  • Each enemy in a defeated group can provide its own recovery. This makes it more useful while clearing ordinary enemies than when spending FP on a single durable target.
  • Cerulean Flasks still provide your larger on-demand refill. This talisman supports repeated inexpensive skills or spells, rather than replacing every flask after a few kills.
  • Its FP recovery is different from Assassin's Cerulean Dagger, which needs a qualifying critical attack, and from Blessed Blue Dew Talisman, which recovers FP over time.
  • The recovery does not become stronger when you raise Mind or upgrade your weapon. Mind increases the size of the FP bar, while this talisman's fixed refill stays at three.
  • Weighs 1.2 and has no attribute requirement. It must be equipped for its effect; carrying it in the inventory is insufficient.
  • Obtained from the six-pillar Regal Ancestor Spirit remembrance in upper Nokron. The eight-pillar Ancestor Spirit in lower Siofra River awards Ancestral Follower Ashes instead.
