Starting Site of Grace: Gatefront

1. Start at Gatefront, beside the large gate northwest of the Gatefront Ruins. Ride through the gate and follow the road uphill into Stormhill.
2. A troll drops into the ravine and soldiers fire from the sides. You can ride past them; defeating the group is not required.
3. As you come out of the narrow ravine onto the higher ground, turn sharply left. Follow the cliff back toward the towers above the gate you just passed through.
4. Enter the tower from this upper side. Deal with the soldiers inside so they cannot interrupt you while you open the chest.
5. Open the chest in the tower room to get Arrow's Reach Talisman. The approach is from Stormhill above the gate, rather than through the soldiers' camp below.

Notes

• Extends the effective range of bows, greatbows, crossbows and ballistas. It lets ammunition travel farther before distance cuts into its usefulness.
• It does not directly multiply an arrow's damage. A distant shot can still deal more damage with it equipped because the shot suffers less from range falloff; a close shot does not gain a separate attack-power bonus.
• Great Oracular Bubble also travels farther with this talisman. Projectile interactions are specific to the attack, so the range effect should not be treated as a bonus to every spell or thrown item.
• Can be equipped with Arrow's Sting Talisman for separate range and ammunition-damage bonuses.
• Cannot be equipped with Arrow's Soaring Sting Talisman. Reach provides the larger range increase, while Soaring Sting combines a smaller range increase with extra ammunition damage.
