Effects
Restores 1 FP every 2 seconds while equipped. That works out to 30 FP per minute if you have enough missing FP to receive every tick.
No kill, critical attack or other activation is needed. It keeps recovering FP between encounters, making cheap spells and occasional weapon skills easier to sustain while exploring.
Recovery is slow during a fight. A skill costing 15 FP takes about 30 seconds of recovery to pay back, so the talisman does not replace a Cerulean Flask when you need FP immediately.

In-game description
Talisman depicting the blessed boon that is a droplet of the blue, luminescent sap of the Erdtree.
Gradually restores FP.
It was once thought that the blessed sap of the Erdtree would drip from its boughs forever—but that age of plenty swiftly came to a close, and with time, the Erdtree became more an object of faith.
Where to find
Church of Benediction
Gravesite Plain
Starting Site of Grace: Cliffroad Terminus
Before you go
- Enter the Realm of Shadow.
- Start at Main Gate Cross, just before Belurat. Turn southeast and take the narrow rocky path climbing along the cliff.
- Follow the path past the dogs and bats to Cliffroad Terminus. Activate the grace, then ride south across the plateau.
- Pass Prospect Town on your right and continue through the woods with lightning rams.
- Beyond the woods, take the lower path slightly to the right. The higher route toward the Artist's Shack is a different destination.
- Continue down to the Church of Benediction. An agile enemy near the approach can follow you, so create space or deal with it before stopping.
- Enter the church and loot the item in front of the headless Marika statue. It is a ground pickup, not a boss reward.
Notes
- Restores 1 FP every 2 seconds while equipped. That works out to 30 FP per minute if you have enough missing FP to receive every tick.
- No kill, critical attack or other activation is needed. It keeps recovering FP between encounters, making cheap spells and occasional weapon skills easier to sustain while exploring.
- Recovery is slow during a fight. A skill costing 15 FP takes about 30 seconds of recovery to pay back, so the talisman does not replace a Cerulean Flask when you need FP immediately.
- It does not raise maximum FP or increase the amount restored by a Flask of Cerulean Tears. Recovery that occurs at full FP is not saved for later.
- Taking it off stops its recovery. Keep it equipped during the time you want to spend recovering FP.
- Ancestral Spirit's Horn and Assassin's Cerulean Dagger can provide their own FP returns from nearby enemy deaths and critical attacks. Those triggers are separate from this talisman's steady recovery.
