Effects
Restores 2 HP per second while equipped. That is 120 HP over a minute when you have enough missing health to receive the full recovery.
The amount is fixed rather than a percentage of maximum HP. It fills a smaller part of the health bar as your maximum HP grows.
No kill or critical attack is needed. It is useful for recovering small amounts of damage while travelling, but restoring 600 HP takes about five minutes, so use a faster heal when you are still in danger.

In-game description
Talisman depicting a drop of the Erdtree's sap, a blessed boon.
Gradually restores HP.
It was once thought that the blessed sap of the Erdtree would drip from its boughs forever—but that age of plenty swiftly came to a close, and with time, the Erdtree became more an object of faith.
Where to find
Chest beside the Divine Bridge golem
Leyndell, Royal Capital
Starting Site of Grace: Divine Bridge
- Cross the Bridge of Sacrifice into Weeping Peninsula and follow the western roads toward Fourth Church of Marika. Continue south toward the ruined Tower of Return at the southern edge of this western region.
- Get past the soldiers and climb the tower's ladders. Watch for the soldier using the ballista near the top.
- Open the trapped chest at the top and wait for its mist to send you to an isolated part of Leyndell.
- Walk up the stairs and rest at the Divine Bridge grace. This also clears the trapped chest's temporary fast-travel restriction.
- Go through the arch into the open area. As the large golem begins to stand, run to the raised area on the right and open its chest.
- Take Blessed Dew Talisman. Killing the golem is optional. Leave once you are safely out of combat, and do not jump down the inactive lift shaft.
Notes
- Restores 2 HP per second while equipped. That is 120 HP over a minute when you have enough missing health to receive the full recovery.
- The amount is fixed rather than a percentage of maximum HP. It fills a smaller part of the health bar as your maximum HP grows.
- No kill or critical attack is needed. It is useful for recovering small amounts of damage while travelling, but restoring 600 HP takes about five minutes, so use a faster heal when you are still in danger.
- It does not increase maximum HP or improve Crimson Flask healing. Other compatible healing effects can still provide their own recovery.
- Healing stops when you remove the talisman, and recovery at full HP is wasted rather than stored.
- The Tower of Return chest sends you to an isolated part of Leyndell. Getting this talisman early does not unlock the rest of the capital or make the inactive lift safe to jump down.
- It restores health without removing poison or rot. A strong damage-over-time effect can still drain HP faster than this talisman restores it.
