Liurnia of the Lakes

Starting Site of Grace: Study Hall Entrance

Follow Liurnia's eastern plateau south from the Artist's Shack toward the large round building north of Jarburg. Enter Carian Study Hall and activate Study Hall Entrance grace.
Leave the entrance altar unchanged, or remove the statue if you have already inverted the hall. Take the lift beyond it into the upright library.
Follow the stairs and balconies upward. Preceptor Miriam attacks with Magic arrows while spectral nobles appear nearby; use the shelves and walls for cover while dealing with the closer enemies.
Pursue Miriam as she teleports up through the library. Continue via the next lift and upper balcony until she reaches her final position.
On the upper library balcony, go left of the lift you used to arrive and look for a ladder a short distance along the railing.
Climb onto the lower rafters and deal with the two large rats. Find the next ladder leading to the upper beams.
Climb again, watch for three more rats and follow the beams carefully to the corpse holding Cerulean Seed Talisman. Do not drop into the empty space between the rafters.

The pickup is in the upright Carian Study Hall. You do not need Ranni's inverted statue; remove the statue from the entrance altar if you have already turned the hall upside down.
