About this item

A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground.

Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick.

The resulting concoction restores half of one's maximum HP.

Third Church of Marika

Starting Site of Grace: Third Church of Marika

1. From Gatefront, take the road east across the bridge, then follow the northern branch toward the Third Church of Marika. Continue past the ruined stone crossing and the troll outside the church.
2. Inside the ruined church, inspect the stone basin to collect the Flask of Wondrous Physick and Crimson Crystal Tear.
3. Check the statue separately for the Sacred Tear. That flask-upgrade item is a different pickup.

Basin beneath the Minor Erdtree

Capital Outskirts

Starting Site of Grace: Outer Wall Battleground

1. From Outer Wall Battleground, head east through the outer-wall grounds toward the Minor Erdtree marked on the map.
2. At the base of this tree, look for the stone collection basin guarded by commoners and an Omen. This tree has no Avatar boss.
3. Collect both items from the basin to obtain Twiggy Cracked Tear and the second Crimson Crystal Tear.

Notes

• Restores half your maximum HP immediately when you drink the mixed flask.
• Two separate pickups exist. Mix both if you want the flask to restore a full HP bar.
• The first tear comes with the flask at the Third Church of Marika. The second is in the Capital Outskirts alongside Twiggy Cracked Tear.
• Rest at a Site of Grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick to use this tear. Drinking the flask uses its charge; resting refills it without consuming the tear.
• The amount restored follows maximum HP rather than the amount currently missing. Use it after taking enough damage to benefit from the half-bar heal instead of expecting it to overheal you.
