In-game description

A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground.

Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick.

The resulting concoction temporarily raises one's maximum stamina.

Starting Site of Grace: Fort Haight West

  1. Start at Fort Haight West, outside the fort in southeastern Limgrave. Ride north toward the large golden tree in Mistwood.
  2. At the foot of the tree, look for the stone basin among the golden flowers. Collect both glowing items from the basin; no Avatar fight is required here.

Notes

  • Raises maximum stamina by 15% for three minutes. It makes the bar larger; it does not increase the speed at which stamina recovers.
  • Greenburst Crystal Tear covers stamina recovery instead. Choose the effect that fits how you are running out of stamina.
  • Rest at a Site of Grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick to use this tear. Drinking the flask uses its charge; resting refills it without consuming the tear.
  • You can mix it with Greenburst Crystal Tear to improve both the size of the bar and its recovery. Those are two separate effects rather than two copies of the same stamina buff.
