Effects
Raises attack power by 15% for 20 seconds after a qualifying enemy death. The damage increase is 10% against other players.
Another qualifying death refreshes the duration rather than adding another stack. Killing several enemies together does not multiply the attack-power bonus several times.
The enemy whose death first activates it is already dead, so that opening kill does not benefit from a previously inactive bonus. The attacks that follow receive the increase.

In-game description
A talisman depicting a raised spear on a backdrop of flames, in remembrance of the lives lost in the sacred crusade led by Messmer.
Raises attack power after defeating an enemy.
The warriors who fought in the crusade set aside both honor and mercy to wantonly impale and scorch those deemed impure.
Those who felt invigorated by each cry of death were the same men who were certain of the sanctity of the campaign.
Where to find
First victory over Fire Knight Queelign
Gravesite Plain / Scadu Altus
Starting Site of Grace: Small Private Altar / Highroad Cross
- To enter the Realm of Shadow, defeat Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood, then touch the withered arm in Mohg's arena at Mohgwyn Palace.
- From Three-Path Cross, follow the western route through the rocky passage to Main Gate Cross outside Belurat.
- Climb the entrance stairs and open the large doors. Pass the giant scorpions and the room of smaller scorpions, then continue upstairs to Belurat, Tower Settlement grace.
- The large doors ahead are shut. Take the path right into the small square with the waterfall, then turn left toward the elevated bridge where shadow casters fire down at you.
- Pass beneath the elevated bridge and enter the open doorway on the left. Clear the shadow enemies and climb the building's stairs to Small Private Altar grace.
- Leave through the northern doorway and climb the stairs on the right. The Horned Warrior with two curved swords patrols just above the grace.
- At the top of the stairs above Small Private Altar, avoid the patrolling Horned Warrior and turn right down toward the round courtyard with the large tree. Enter the courtyard to trigger Fire Knight Queelign's invasion.
- Defeat Queelign. Your first victory over him awards Crusade Insignia. The small enemies in the courtyard can interfere, so clear space before committing to a long attack.
- His other invasion is at Church of the Crusade. From Highroad Cross on Scadu Altus, ride northwest to the church and enter its grounds. Either location can supply the talisman if it is your first victory over him.
- The second victory supplies a different reward. These are scripted invasions and work offline; you do not need another player or to wait for a random invasion.
Notes
- Raises attack power by 15% for 20 seconds after a qualifying enemy death. The damage increase is 10% against other players.
- Another qualifying death refreshes the duration rather than adding another stack. Killing several enemies together does not multiply the attack-power bonus several times.
- The enemy whose death first activates it is already dead, so that opening kill does not benefit from a previously inactive bonus. The attacks that follow receive the increase.
- It is useful when clearing groups or fighting a boss with additional enemies. A lone boss provides no regular kills to keep the effect active during the fight.
- The reward comes from your first victory over Queelign at either invasion location. His second invasion and later Prayer Room choices give different rewards.
- The increase applies to eligible damage from weapons, skills and spells. It does not add status buildup or refill HP or FP.
- Enemies dying nearby can trigger the effect without the last hit coming from your own weapon. It is useful with a Spirit Ash fighting a group, but the same 20-second timer still applies.
