Does not strengthen ordinary support buffs, weapon-enchantment strength or the amount of status buildup. Incantations use the Canvas talismans instead.

Can be equipped with Graven-Mass Talisman. The combined increase is 12.32%, since their bonuses multiply.

In-game description

A talisman depicting a school of graven mages, the nightmare of the academy.

Raises potency of sorceries.

The primeval current is a forbidden tradition of glintstone sorcery. To those who cleave to its teachings, the act of collecting sorcerers to fashion them into the seeds of stars is but another path of scientific inquiry.

Starting Site of Grace: Debate Parlor

  1. Reach the classroom corridor immediately before the Red Wolf of Radagon's arena. If you have defeated the boss, backtrack from Debate Parlor.
  2. Find the empty bookshelf on the northern side of that room and strike it to reveal a passage.
  3. Enter the hidden study and climb the ladder.
  4. At the upper level, look east beside the painting and railing. Jump over the rail into the narrow gap beside the wall.
  5. Drop through the opening into the hidden chamber with the large crystal and small living jars. Loot the talisman there.
  6. Rennala does not need to be defeated. If coming from the classroom side, even the Red Wolf is not required to open this hidden route.

  • Does not strengthen ordinary support buffs, weapon-enchantment strength or the amount of status buildup. Incantations use the Canvas talismans instead.
  • Can be equipped with Graven-Mass Talisman. The combined increase is 12.32%, since their bonuses multiply.
  • A weapon dealing magic damage does not automatically qualify. The talisman boosts the eligible sorcery, rather than every magic attack in your build.
  • The hidden room can be reached before defeating the Red Wolf of Radagon. If you have already beaten it, backtrack from Debate Parlor to find the illusory bookshelf.
  • The small living jars in the lower room can interrupt the pickup. Leave enough room to deal with them after the drop rather than landing beside the crystal and immediately opening menus.
