Where to find
The Great-Jar's challenge outside the colosseum
Dragonbarrow
Starting Site of Grace: Deep Siofra Well
Before you go
- Two Stonesword Keys.
- Complete all three duels in one attempt.
- Start at Siofra River Well in eastern Limgrave, beside the Minor Erdtree in Mistwood. Take its long lift underground and activate the grace at the bottom.
- Head northeast through the ruined buildings to the second lift. Ride up, then follow the stream east into the open cavern. Siofra River Bank grace is on the left as the cavern opens out.
- Travel north through the basin, past Worshippers' Woods and its stone pillars. Watch for the ancestral archers and lightning balls. Continue to the stairs at the far northern end and activate Below the Well grace.
- Climb the stairs to the imp seal and use two Stonesword Keys to unlock the lift. Ride up to Deep Siofra Well in Dragonbarrow.
- Follow the canyon west and then northwest toward the huge jar and circular arena. Two greatbow golems cover the approach. Use the rocks and bends in the canyon to break their line of sight.
- Speak to the Great-Jar outside the arena to make three red summon signs available nearby. Summon a challenger and defeat them, then repeat for the other two signs.
- Win all three without dying or resting between victories. A failed attempt resets the set, so prepare your flasks and equipment before starting.
- Speak to the Great-Jar after the third victory to receive the talisman. Entering the arena behind it is not required.
Notes
- Raises maximum equipment load by 19%, the strongest bonus in the Arsenal family. It does not increase Endurance, maximum stamina or stamina recovery.
- Cannot be equipped with Arsenal Charm or Arsenal Charm +1. Erdtree's Favor is a separate family and can provide a compatible equipment-load bonus.
- Its own 1.5 weight counts toward your load. Use the final equipped total when deciding whether the extra capacity keeps you below the medium- or light-roll threshold.
- It does not directly add damage negation. Any extra protection comes from the heavier equipment you can wear without crossing your chosen load threshold.
- The Great-Jar's three opponents are NPC duelists. Online play can give them setups based on other players, while offline play uses preset opponents; neither version is a live PvP duel.
- Win all three duels in one successful attempt, then speak to the Great-Jar again. Defeating only one challenger does not award the talisman.
