Effects
Reduces incoming Holy damage by 17% against enemies or 5% against other players. The smaller player-versus-player value applies against player attacks, rather than using the enemy reduction everywhere.
Only the Holy part of a mixed hit receives this reduction. It does not make every attack from an enemy using that element deal less damage.
Cannot be equipped with another Haligdrake variant or Golden Braid. Earlier versions are not required to collect or use a stronger one.

In-game description
Talisman depicting a duo of golden ancient dragons.
Greatly boosts holy damage negation.
The ancient dragons, who ruled in the prehistoric era before the Erdtree, would protect their lord as a wall of living rock.
And so it is that the shape of the dragon has become symbolic of all manner of protections.
Where to find
Hidden snail room beside Leyndell Catacombs
Leyndell
Starting Site of Grace: Leyndell Catacombs
- In Leyndell, Royal Capital, start at Avenue Balcony. Descend the northwestern stairs and go through the door. Follow the railing west, then drop left onto the lower rooftops.
- Drop off the right side of the roof, turn back north and find the well behind the broken wall. Climb its ladder, open the gate in the lower passage and take the next ladder down.
- Follow the damp corridor northeast into the rat-filled sewer entrance. Go through the southeastern doorway and descend the ladder into the large Omen hallway.
- Head northeast along the hallway and enter the first room on the left, opposite the summoning statue. Activate Underground Roadside grace.
- Leave Underground Roadside and turn southeast. Descend the ladder against the right wall, then go through the arch to the pipe chamber.
- Step onto the pipe in front of the doorway and deal with the Imps ahead and hanging overhead. Follow it up to the first wooden platform, clearing the Imp that runs toward you.
- Look below the wooden platform for the lower pipe. Drop onto it first, then down to the sewer floor. Do not jump directly from the high entrance.
- Two Giant Crayfish occupy the lower chamber. Head southwest to the opening in the wall past the second one, then take the stairs down to Leyndell Catacombs grace if you need a safe checkpoint.
- Backtrack toward the nearby stairs and take the lift route up into the room with three spectral crossbow soldiers.
- The soldiers return while their summoner survives. Look beside the stairs for the false wall and strike it.
- Enter the revealed space and strike the second false wall in the corner under the stairs.
- Kill the Spiritcaller Snail and loot the nearby corpse for the talisman. You do not need to defeat Esgar for this pickup.
Notes
- Reduces incoming Holy damage by 17% against enemies or 5% against other players. The smaller player-versus-player value applies against player attacks, rather than using the enemy reduction everywhere.
- Only the Holy part of a mixed hit receives this reduction. It does not make every attack from an enemy using that element deal less damage.
- Cannot be equipped with another Haligdrake variant or Golden Braid. Earlier versions are not required to collect or use a stronger one.
- Pearldrake Talisman can provide another compatible layer against this element. The reductions multiply rather than adding their percentages together.
- Does not raise Faith, strengthen your Holy attacks or protect against Death Blight buildup. Holy damage and Death Blight are separate mechanics.
- With 25% existing negation for a covered damage type, its 17% enemy reduction gives 37.75% total negation. It is not an extra 17 percentage points added directly to the armor display.
- Two illusory walls conceal the corpse beside the Spiritcaller Snail. Its spectral soldiers keep returning while the snail survives; killing the catacombs boss Esgar is unnecessary.
- Weighs 0.6. Its protection stays active while equipped; it does not need FP, a casting tool or an attribute requirement.
