The ancient dragons, who ruled in the prehistoric era before the Erdtree, would protect their lord as a wall of living rock.

And so it is that the shape of the dragon has become symbolic of all manner of protections.

Starting Site of Grace: Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance

Before you go

  • Reach Mohgwyn Palace.
  1. Reach Mohgwyn Palace with Varre's Pureblood Knight's Medal, or use the bloodstained waygate in western Consecrated Snowfield.
  2. Make your way across the blood lake toward the Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance grace.
  3. From the mausoleum's entrance area, explore the small graveyard south of the grace near the edge of the lake.
  4. Watch for the giant crow overlooking the graves. Loot the corpse resting against a gravestone for the talisman.
  5. You do not need to enter Mohg's arena or defeat him to collect it.

  • Cannot be equipped with other Haligdrake variants or Golden Braid. The weaker variants are not materials or prerequisites for obtaining this one.
  • A mixed attack still deals its unaffected physical and other elemental damage. The talisman does not provide Death Blight resistance or a general reduction to every attack from a holy-themed enemy.
  • Golden Braid is the stronger alternative from the Realm of Shadow, giving 22% protection from enemies and 7% from players.
  • Mohg does not have to be defeated for the graveyard pickup. Both the Pureblood Knight's Medal and the Consecrated Snowfield waygate can provide access to Mohgwyn Palace.
