Effects
Adds 180 Immunity, the strongest Immunizing Horn Charm bonus. The earlier versions are not required to collect or use it.
Immunity raises the Poison and Scarlet Rot buildup thresholds. It does not prevent direct physical or elemental damage from the same enemy.
It does not cure an active ailment or reduce its damage over time. Remaining in Belurat's poison pool can still fill the larger bar.

In-game description
Ceremonial accoutrement worn by hornsent.
Vastly raises immunity.
(Immunity governs resistance to poison and rot.)
Horns are sublime artifacts to hornsent, and their presence confirms the belief that they are a chosen people.
Only the repeated sprouting of fresh horns can create a tangled horn, which is viewed as an irrefutable symbol of primacy.
Where to find
Belurat well-depths Ulcerated Tree Spirit
Gravesite Plain
Starting Site of Grace: Belurat, Tower Settlement
Before you go
- To enter the Realm of Shadow, defeat Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood, then touch the withered arm in Mohg's arena at Mohgwyn Palace.
- From Three-Path Cross, follow the western route through the rocky passage to Main Gate Cross outside Belurat.
- Climb the entrance stairs and open the large doors. Pass the giant scorpions and the room of smaller scorpions, then continue upstairs to Belurat, Tower Settlement grace.
- The large doors ahead are shut. Take the path right into the small square with the waterfall, then turn left toward the elevated bridge where shadow casters fire down at you.
- Pass beneath the elevated bridge and enter the open doorway on the left. Clear the shadow enemies and climb the building's stairs to Small Private Altar grace.
- Leave through the northern doorway and climb the stairs on the right. The Horned Warrior with two curved swords patrols just above the grace.
- Past the patrolling Horned Warrior, take the narrow alley on the right to get around the broken bridge. Watch the corners for shadow enemies and continue toward the shallow channel at the top of the waterfall.
- Enter the room beside the channel and climb its ladder. The corpse at the top holds Storeroom Key. For the boss, leave through the upper doorway and take the stairs on the right.
- Leave the Storeroom Key room through its upper doorway. Take the narrow ledge beside the next stairs, follow it to the end and jump left onto the covered walkway.
- Enter the room beyond that walkway and collect Well Depths Key. Return to Belurat, Tower Settlement grace near the beginning of the town.
- Go toward the fountain and find the well beside the early streets. Climb down its ladder and unlock the lower door with Well Depths Key.
- In the poison-filled lower area, follow the left side toward the Ulcerated Tree Spirit. Keep room to dodge away from the walls and use the dry patches when you need to heal.
- Defeat the Tree Spirit for Immunizing Horn Charm +2. The gate and the corpse holding Poisoned Hand are separate from this enemy reward.
Notes
- Adds 180 Immunity, the strongest Immunizing Horn Charm bonus. The earlier versions are not required to collect or use it.
- Immunity raises the Poison and Scarlet Rot buildup thresholds. It does not prevent direct physical or elemental damage from the same enemy.
- It does not cure an active ailment or reduce its damage over time. Remaining in Belurat's poison pool can still fill the larger bar.
- Other ailments use Robustness, Focus or Vitality. This charm does not protect against Bleed, Frostbite, Sleep, Madness or Death Blight.
- Cannot be equipped with another Immunizing Horn Charm. Mottled Necklace can add more Immunity while covering its other listed resistance stats.
- Well Depths Key opens the lower Belurat route, but the Ulcerated Tree Spirit must actually be defeated for the charm. Poisoned Hand is a separate corpse pickup in that area.
