Crossbow ammunition with 20 Physical and 80 Lightning attack power. It is not the large Lightning Greatbolt used by ballista weapons.

Adds slightly more attack power than Lightningbone Bolt, which has 18 Physical and 78 Lightning. The finished bolt can be bought without spending Fulgurbloom.

Physical and Lightning damage meet defenses separately. Wet conditions can improve Lightning damage because water and rain reduce Lightning negation.

Before you go

  • Have 160 runes per item.
  1. From Altus Highway Junction, follow the main road north, past the area's map monument, to Forest-Spanning Greatbridge.
  2. At the southern broken end of the bridge, find the seated merchant beside the grace. Stay at this end; the waygate across the gap leads away from his shop.
  3. Buy Lightning Bolts for 160 runes each.

  • An ordinary crossbow does not gain Dexterity or Faith scaling from this ammunition. The name describes its damage type rather than a new scaling attribute.
  • The Forest-Spanning Greatbridge merchant sells unlimited stock for 160 runes each. Carry up to 99 of this type.
