Before you go

• One Stonesword Key.

1. Climb through Wyndham Ruins above Erdtree-Gazing Hill to the catacomb entrance in the cliff.
2. From the grace, take the right-hand room, avoid the pressure-plate arrows and ride the lift down.
3. Pass through the guillotine room and follow the corridor to the right.
4. Pass the Imps and descend the stairs into shallow water. Move aside on entering to avoid the falling slimes, then continue south past the pressure plate and turn west toward the Leyndell Knight. Deal with him and climb the ladder he guards.
5. Avoid the pressure plate beside the sealed doorway. Use one Stonesword Key, enter and loot the corpse behind the coffin.
6. The Erdtree Burial Watchdog is not required for this room.

Notes

• Increases lightning damage by 12% against enemies and 8% against other players. While equipped, incoming physical damage increases by 10% from enemies and 15% from players.
• Only the lightning component of a mixed attack is boosted. Physical damage on the same weapon or skill does not receive this elemental bonus.
• Eligible lightning weapon attacks, skills, spells and damaging items can benefit. The effect is not limited to Faith-based incantations.
• Can stack with Lightning-Shrouding Cracked Tear. Their separate bonuses multiply; the charm does not replace that temporary effect.
• The physical-damage penalty remains active while you are exploring, guarding or recovering, even when you are not using a lightning attack.
• It does not protect against lightning. Boltdrake Talisman is the defensive family, and Wyndham Catacombs' boss is optional for this sealed-room pickup.
• A Lightning-affinity weapon usually improves its Lightning damage through Dexterity, while Dragon Cult spells use the casting seal’s scaling. Both can receive this charm’s elemental bonus despite using different attributes.
